UPAYA DAN TANTANGAN DISKOMDIGI DALAM PEMBLOKIRAN SITUS JUDI ONLINE DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, there are several forms of crime that are rampant in society, namely gambling conducted online. Diskomdigi as a ministry that plays an important role in reducing gambling sites has made every effort to reduce online gambling sites spread throughout the digital platform, but in carrying out its role Diskomdigi has many challenges that they must face in carrying out their role. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, through observation, interview and documentation techniques to see the efforts and challenges faced by Diskomdigi. The results of this study show that the efforts made by Diskomdigi are, 1) Conteb verification and assessment, 2) Blocking access, 3) Coordination with other institutions, 4) Disconnection of payment channels. The challenges faced by Diskomdigi are, 1) Change of domain name or switching servers, 2) Use of anti-tracking technology.
